Mr. Mwape Patson is a passionate and results-driven Certified Agriculturalist, Aquaculturalist, and professional Teacher who has dedicated his life to advancing sustainable farming and agricultural education in Zambia. As the Chief Executive Officer and Lead Trainer at Payoju Farms, he has become a prominent voice in practical farming, youth training, and rural empowerment.

With years of field experience, Mr. Patson brings an inspiring blend of leadership, technical know-how, and a deep understanding of farmer-centered solutions. He is known for his ability to connect theory with practical, life-changing strategies on the ground.

Inspiration

Mr. Patson is deeply inspired by the resilience of smallholder farmers and the untapped potential of agriculture as a tool for national development.
